Public Offer and Terms of Use

1. Description of the service

PlaySport is a padel and tennis community and court booking platform in Tashkent. The Service has two parts. The first is a community: finding partners for games (“looking for players”), player and coach directories, a venue guide, reviews and ratings, tournaments and events. The second is a booking service: reserving courts and paying for them online or in cash on site.

Some features are available without registration; creating and joining games, making bookings, posting reviews and a number of other actions require an account.

2. Accounts and access

You can create an account with an email address and password, or sign in with Google or Telegram, and in the iPhone app with Apple. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account and for all activity under it. Your password is stored only as a cryptographic hash — we never see it in plain text; you can reset it if needed. Report any unauthorized access to your account to support@playsport.uz.

Some functions, including guest booking, may be available without an account. Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy; separate consent is requested separately where the law requires it.

3. Eligibility and age

The Service is intended for adults (18 years and older): it involves accepting online payments and making bookings. By creating an account or making a booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and able to accept these Terms.

You agree to use the Service in accordance with the law. We may suspend or delete an account that violates these Terms or applicable law.

4. Bookings and payments

Courts and services are provided by independent clubs (“venues”). Each venue independently sets its prices, availability, slot durations, prepayment (deposit) amount and cancellation terms. If a booking crosses more than one rate period, each part is charged at the rate in effect during that part; the final price is shown before the booking is confirmed.

PlaySport facilitates the booking and processes the payment. Depending on the venue, online payment is made through Payme, Click, Uzum Bank, ATMOS or Rahmat; the available methods are shown before payment. Some venues also accept cash on site. PlaySport does not store the full number, expiry date or CVC/CVV of the card you pay with — the selected payment provider processes them. Some tournament and event organisers take payment by transfer to their own card: you then send the money to the organiser yourself from your banking app and give the payer's name; such a transfer does not pass through PlaySport, and the organiser confirms receiving it. If the organiser has deleted their account, PlaySport reviews the reported transfer instead: it confirms the transfer or rejects the entry.

Terms depend on the specific function and provider. Confirmation may require full payment, a deposit, payment by several participants, or club approval of a cash booking. PlaySport may charge a service fee for particular functions, including booking, matchmaking, event participation or coaching. The fee may be zero, fixed or percentage-based and may differ by club, coach, event and order. Its exact amount, the payment breakdown and refund rules are always shown before confirmation and do not change retroactively after confirmation. An unpaid slot is held for a limited time and then released.

When a payment is split, each participant pays their share via a separate link; the payment and cancellation rules apply to each player's share separately.

5. Cancellation and refunds

For each service, the provider sets its own free-cancellation window and the consequences of late cancellation, lateness or a no-show. Terms may differ for courts, coaches, matchmaking, tournaments and other functions and are shown before the order is confirmed. Whether a service fee is refunded depends on the reason for cancellation, the part of PlaySport's service already performed and the terms shown before confirmation; the fee is not treated as non-refundable in every case.

If a paid order is cancelled within the permitted period, PlaySport initiates a refund through the same provider to the original payment method. If the provider cancels or cannot deliver the service for reasons on its side, the full amount for the unperformed order is refunded, including the related service fee. Posting time depends on the bank and provider. If an automatic refund does not complete, the provider and PlaySport support keep it under review. 6. Conduct and user content

When using the Service, you agree to act lawfully and in good faith. You must not: break the law or infringe others' rights; post false, misleading, offensive or unlawful material; impersonate another person; attempt to disrupt the operation, security or integrity of the Service; collect other users' data without their consent; or use the Service for spam or fraud.

You are responsible for the content you post — game posts, chat messages, reviews and ratings of clubs and coaches, and photos you upload. Reviews must be truthful and based on personal experience. By posting content, you grant PlaySport the right to display it in the Service in connection with operating the platform.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. In chat messages, game posts, requests to join games, reviews and profiles, you must not post insults or threats, harassment or bullying, hate speech or discrimination, sexual or violent material, spam or scams. In chat messages, game posts, join requests, reviews and profile bios, the Service automatically masks profanity with asterisks, and a name containing such words is not accepted.

In the mobile app and on the booking website booking.playsport.uz, you can report any chat message, review, player profile or request to join a game with the “Report” button, and you can block any user so that their chat messages are no longer shown to you. Anything else, including content on our other websites, can be reported to support@playsport.uz. Our moderators review reports within 24 hours: content that breaks these rules is removed, and the accounts of those who post it may be suspended or deleted.

We may remove content and suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.

7. Clubs, coaches and independent providers

Clubs, coaches and other service providers are independent parties and do not act on behalf of PlaySport. They are responsible for their own services — the actual condition and availability of courts, running the game or session, safety at the venue, and the compliance of their services with the law.

PlaySport is not the organizer of games, sessions or tournaments and does not operate courts unless expressly stated otherwise; we are not liable for the actions, service quality or obligations of clubs, coaches or other users. The relationship for providing a service at the court arises directly between you and the relevant venue or coach.

The Service also uses third-party services (Payme, Click, Uzum Bank, ATMOS, Rahmat, Telegram, mapping services and others), whose operation is governed by their own terms.

8. Intellectual property

The design, text, graphics, logos and software code of the Service belong to PlaySport and are protected by law. Club and tournament names, trademarks and related materials belong to their respective rights holders. Using the Service's materials without permission from the relevant rights holder is not allowed.

Content you post remains yours; you are responsible for having the rights to publish it.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranties. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that information (schedules, prices, availability, contacts, skill levels, reviews and other data) is always current, complete and error-free. Verify important details with the relevant venue or coach.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service and may change, suspend or discontinue individual features.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PlaySport is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages or lost profits arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, for the actions of clubs, coaches and other users, or for the content of user content.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability to the extent such limitation is not permitted by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version, publication date and effective date appear at the top of this page. Changes to the marketplace service rules are announced at least 30 days in advance where required by law. A confirmed order remains governed by the version and order card in force when it was placed; new terms do not apply retroactively.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes not resolved through negotiation are settled in the competent courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
